The live-arrival policy

If your shrimp arrive dead, we make it right.

  1. Take photo or video of the unopened bag within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt.
  2. Email it to hello@shrimppimps.com.
  3. Pick one: a full refund, or replacement shrimp.

If you choose replacements, you pay the shipping on the reshipment, so the refund is usually the better deal.

When your box lands

Don't float the bag and walk away. Drip-acclimate for about an hour before they go in. Water parameters are on the care page.
